Safeguarding

A parent, child or tutor can raise a safeguarding concern at any time. You do not have to try one route before using another.

• Contact the Saudi Child Helpline on 116111.

If there is a risk of immediate harm, contact emergency services first.

What RiyadhTutoring does

We record concerns promptly, keep safeguarding records separate from routine learning records, do not investigate allegations ourselves, and refer concerns through the appropriate safeguarding route where required.

One-to-one tuition safeguards

1. A visible room, or an open door.
2. A guardian at home.
3. No unrecorded one-to-one contact outside session times.
4. No private messaging between tutor and child on any channel.

Breaking any of these four safeguards ends the tutoring engagement immediately.

RiyadhTutoring, Mubarak Patel and the Saudi Child Helpline are parallel routes. Nobody has to use one before another, and adding the deputy does not replace the external helpline.
