These terms cover the use of this website. They are deliberately short, and written in plain terms.
1 · What this page covers — and what it doesn't
These terms govern the website only. The service itself — the Development Audit and the Monthly Programme — is governed by the written Client Agreement that every family receives, reads, and signs before any work begins. Nothing on this website creates a client relationship, and nothing here changes what a signed agreement says.
2 · What this website is
This site describes how the practice works. It is information, offered in good faith — not advice about your child, and not a promise of outcomes. Evidence summaries, where published, describe what happened for those children in those circumstances. They are history, not prediction.
3 · Enquiries
Enquiries by WhatsApp or email are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry does not begin an engagement: the practice works with a small number of families, places are limited, and enquiries may be declined.
4 · Fair use of the site
The text, structure, and materials on this site — including any assessment or programme materials referenced — belong to RiyadhTutoring. You are welcome to share links; please do not copy, republish, or present any of it as your own, and please do not misrepresent any affiliation with the practice.
5 · Independence
RiyadhTutoring is an independent private practice. It is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, any school in Riyadh or elsewhere.
6 · Liability
The content of this site is provided in good faith and kept accurate to the best of our ability. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for reliance on general information published here; decisions about your child deserve a proper conversation, not a webpage. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
