Privacy Policy

Version 1.2 · July 2026 · RiyadhTutoring — Private Educational Strategy, Riyadh

RiyadhTutoring works with a small number of families, and works with information about children. Both of those facts set a high bar for how personal information is handled. This page explains, in plain terms, what is collected, why, how it is kept, and the choices you keep at all times.

1 · What is collected, and why

Nothing is collected beyond what the work requires. There is no marketing list, no tracking of visitors for advertising, and no sale or sharing of information with third parties for their purposes.

2 · Case studies and your consent

Nothing about your child is ever used publicly by default. Any use of anonymised outcomes in a case study or evidence summary happens only with your separate written opt-in consent, given per channel of use (for example: website, or shared privately during consultations). You may withdraw that consent at any time, and withdrawal is acted on within 48 hours.

Consent to the programme is never conditional on consent to a case study. Declining has no effect on the service your family receives.

3 · How information is stored and protected

4 · How long records are kept

Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a limited period afterwards for legitimate administrative and legal purposes, then securely deleted. You may request deletion of your family's records at any time after an engagement ends, subject to records that must lawfully be retained.

5 · Your rights

You may at any time ask to see the information held about your family, ask for corrections, withdraw any consent you have given, or request deletion as described above. Requests are honoured promptly and without friction — one message is enough.

6 · Legal basis

This policy is written to operate consistently with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and is currently under written review by Saudi counsel; this page will be updated when that review concludes. It is provided in full, together with the Safeguarding Policy and the Client Agreement, to every family before any programme begins — and is available on request before that.
